And I’m Ayasha Thomas. And today we’re going to talk about health care moving forward. There’s a lot going on in health care nowadays. There’s lots of new buzzwords out there. And the biggest thing that I see that’s maybe changing the practice of long term care and skilled nursing care is more of a push towards value based outcome. Since we’re are in the post acute care business, we provide acute and chronic care services for our residents daily. However, our model is more closely aligned with that of sort of a managed care program. We do work with managed care programs. We provide nurse practitioner coverage in the facilities that service those programs and those residents who have managed care programs. So we take a risk based approach based on the complexity of their chronic diseases, and we manage those in a preventative type of approach before they become acute and they have to be sent out.

So as the health care world changes, the nice thing is about ICP is we’re already there. We’re already in the value-based arena with our services. And we’ve been doing this for years.
