And today we’re going to talk about snow days.

Right now, we’re all experiencing a lot of snow around our states that we’re actually not used to. So this affects our roads. And up in the north, this is not a big deal. Keep on driving. They go to work. It’s nothing. Well, here it is. And it kind of puts the whole city down. Whole state shuts it down. And we’ve got nurse practitioners who are still going in, seeing their patients taking care of their facilities. And if they can’t make it in because of too long of a drive, then they are doing telemedicine so that they can still provide the needs for their facilities.

We even have some of our nurse practitioners that have spent the night in the facilities just to make sure that they were there the next day to provide care. Our providers are considered essential employees, so they might even be ones that are going around and helping pick up nursing staff to go to the facilities. Our residents are our number one priority and that’s just how dedicated our nurse practitioners are.
